Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

  • Wallet load transactions are non-refundable. Every transaction is confirmed multiple times with the customer before the money is debited from their account to prevent inadvertent transfers.

  • Customers are encouraged to be conscious and cautious during every payment transaction.

    • Where a customer has notreceived any charge (electricity), but the money has been deducted from theirwallet, or

    • Where a customer hasused the service, and more money is deducted from the wallet than is due as perthe applicable tariff

  • In both instances, customers can reach out to us at talkto@steam-a.com to initiate arefund request. Our customer service team will validate the session logs andeffect the refunds within 5 working days.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Steam-A does not offer reservations in our charging network yet, and socancellations are not applicable.
